In addition to the main office in Kinshasa, two Field Conduct and Discipline Offices (FCDO) have been established in Goma and Bunia. A third office will open soon in Bukavu.
The Conduct and Discipline Unit is composed of nineteen persons.
Kinshasa Office: This office serves mission headquarters and has overall charge of all FCDO. In addition it will provide support to all MONUC personnel in the provinces of Kinshasa, Bas-Congo, Bandundu, Equateur, Kasaï Oriental and Occidental, Maniema and the regional office in Pretoria.
FCDO Goma: This office serves all MONUC personnel in the province of North Kivu and Rwanda.
FCDO Bunia: This office serves all MONUC personnel in Ituri, the province Orientale and Uganda.
FCDO Bukavu: This office will serve all MONUC personnel in the provinces of South Kivu, Katanga and the Support Base in Kigoma, Tanzania.
